Our Partners
We are partners with the Sierra Club’s Ready for 100 national campaign. As part of this partnership, we have agreed to adhere to the Jemez Principles. To learn more about this exciting national campaign, click the logo above.
We are working with Mark Scully & Bernie Pelletier at People’s Action for Clean Energy (PACE). West River Valley 100% Renewable is modeled on PACE’s 100PercentCT project. Click the logo above for more info.
What is the West River Valley?
Technically speaking, the West River Valley includes those towns in southern Vermont through which or along which the West River flows. Those towns include Jamaica, Townshend, Brookline and Newfane. From a community identity and educational standpoint, Wardsboro, Windham and Grafton are also part of the West River Valley. This project encompasses all 7 towns. That said, the project’s Core Team welcomes and invites individuals from any Vermont town who want to lend their time and talents to this project!
