This program helps small businesses and agricultural producers with financial assistance for energy audits and renewable energy grants.

The following entities may apply:

1. State and local governments.

2. Federally-recognized tribes.

3. A land-grant college or university or other institutions of higher education.

4. Rural electric cooperatives.

5. Public power entities.

The funds may be used for energy audits or renewable energy technical assistance or site assessments.
